NOTE: This may be a little long... It's one of those journal entry blogs
I'm making a list to change my ways because I am finding myself very bad with money lately even though I'm making it... I'm JUST making it. I'm going to start with my drinking. I haven't been going out a lot lately but I'm still spending money on drinks, I like drinking a little too much so I'm not going to stop all together I might cut it down to maybe go out once every other week. I'm only going to drink socially too because I do buy a 6pack and drink it all one night and that does get pricey (especially the kind of beer I get).
I think I'm going to cancel my NetFlix... I've been a member for so long and I never take advantage of it, I keep the movies probably 3 months and never watch it, it's because I'm addicted to the Internet so I never set aside time to watch a movie.
I think I may consider moving now, because rent is so high and it's just difficult living where I'm living with the parking, and just getting around. I thought it was a cool idea at first to live downtown having easy access to downtown bars and drinks but I don't think I can do this anymore... Parents' told me many times to just move back home (blah blah) I won't be doing that, for me that's admitting I've failed at going about myself. If I do continue living here I will have to pay for parking because I need a place I can just go to without having to drive around for a while looking for empty meters, and then having to put coins in or leave before 8am when they actually charge... The plus thing about that is that it makes me not call into work for any reasons or I'll get ticketed or towed (which that happens way to much...)
I have been doing this very recently but I want to keep it up. I'm going to try to keep running after work. I'm very self conscious about people seeing me workout so I've been running at my parent's treadmill. I try to get at least a mile a day but I'm going to work a little harder to get more in there. Recently I've been remeasured for my friend's wedding (I'm a groomsman more info here). I've gained some LBs from last year since I've measured, they were talking and saying "Oh it's probably the freshman 15" I felt even worse having to tell them "Thanks but I was a Freshman 6 years ago." Yeah so I'm fat and I gotta lose this weight.
...Which reminds me, Damn I have to buy them a wedding a gift... Any ideas?

Hang in there O! At least you got out of your parents' house, I made a deal after my freshman year that I would move back in to save money... which is a bonus, but I'm not sure how much longer I can take it!
I think all the stuff you're going through is what everyone goes through at some point in life.. so keep your chin up kid!
Suggestion, if not to move, have you considered a roommate? That might help with costs...
