DAMN BITCH!

Might be a long read but it's a good one

"AHHHHHH DAMN BITCH!!!!" I screamed in the car just thinking how upset I was at this lady that I was on the phone with. She pissed the hell out of me I was only 15 minutes away from 7:30, the time I was suppose to be leaving and then this lady had to call me.

"Thank you for calling Sprint, together with Nextel Blackberry Support. My name is Otis, may I have your first and last name please?" I said very quickly to hurry up the call.

I hurried up as fast I could typing down her information and try to get to the point.
"So what can I help you with?" I said as politely I could but still wanting to get done so I can leave on time.

"I can't get my contacts over to my other blackberry, I keep trying but I keep getting my damn daughter's contacts in there."

Ok so I tried to go through the process helping her out and still a no go. "Damn!" I thought knowing that this call may take a while. Let me tell you about this lady she has many sim cards or something but her kids or something stole them or whatever I don't understand what was going on but she needed them to load up the blackberry and junk.

So now I suggested let's start from scratch and getting the contacts from the old blackberry back on to her pc. She didn't have the sim card in the other blackberry so she went to her room to grab another one or something. All I hear is her rummaging through her things and then finally noticing that her sim cards were not where she put them.

"DIANA! DIANA! WHERE ARE MY DAMN SIM CARDS? I HAD THEM HERE ON THE DESK AND THEY'RE NOT HERE ANYMORE!" she screamed at the top of her lungs like she was far away from her daughter or something. She replied back but I really had no idea what she said.

"WELL THEY CAN'T JUST WALK OUT OF HERE THEMSELVES! Oh Jesus help me now why make life so hard," she then was talking to herself.

"Look for it," her daughter had told her.

"I ain't going to look for it! I have the Nextel guy thinking we're crazy now! Oh lord have mercy. I swear I can't wait for these kids to grow up and get out of here, I swear they're going to be the death of me."

She's black by the way... but yeah so I just wanted to say just put your sim on the blackberry now to your old one, but that's what she came up of so whatever. The sim card is located behind the battery of the phone and the blackberry takes forever to load that really annoys the shit out of me I swear because that just took my time away! Oh it's 7:30 now so I'm passed my leave. So we got the backup from the old blackberry which took probably 3 minutes and then now she has to put the sim card to the new one and load that back up. So we tried that and she restored her contacts in ok so it was all of her daughter's contacts in there. AHHH!!! I'm getting annoyed so finally I got her to wipe the whole system on that blackberry. TOOK FOREVER!!! SHE COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT! That whole process took like 20 minutes by itself! AHH! Finally though after the whole wiping of the handheld I restored the contacts and it was SUCCESSFUL!! OOH THANK THE GOOD LORD IT WAS SUCCESSFUL!

I really thought that was the end of done whatever! YEY!! NO!

"So I want to set up my email from my school. That's really important to me." she said not knowing that I got off a half hour ago!

"Uhhhh... Okay... So what do you use webclient?" I said calmly trying not to sound like I wanted to end this call now.

She didn't know I just assumed and just told her to give me her PIN number for me to look it up real quick. Okay so it was oh man I just didn't know how to get things going because she didn't work the blackberry right for using different simcards and junk so I was just getting so annoyed at this crazy lady!

Once the supervisors of mine notice that I'm still there, "What's up with the call, Otis?" Crystal said in an IM to me.

"I can't understand this lady's craziness," I said being blunt. The funny thing about that is that I said that to my supervisor which is cool but realize that in my training class we got to see videos of people doing these calls and we see everything what they do on the screen so saying that wasn't a smart move but whatever I WANTED OUT! Okay so as I was trying to do this I was working as fast as I could but got error messages on something about not correct user and all this shit. Finally another supervisor of mine, we call him Thacker, help me out doing a lot of the work for me and he got it done! Oh my GOD THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS FOR ME! It felt so good.

So just when I thought I was about to let her go...

"So my school email will be on my blackberry right?" she said just not wanting to go.

"Yes mam it will go to your blackberry." I said, you can really tell that I'm just wanting to let go now.

"So I just sent an email to my school email and it's not showing up."

"It just takes a while for the first messages to work and provision correctly." total bull from my side but it sounded pretty good.

I didn't even ask if she needed anything else.

"Okay then you're all set, thanks for choosing Sprint!"
